CECILIA BELL
I have loved art all my life. I grew up in both Australia and New Zealand. In 1978 I completed a Diploma of Art and Design at Brighton Polytechnic, UK.
In 1987 I completed my
Bachelor of Arts (Visual Arts) at City Art Institute ( now known as UNSW Art and Design).
Art took a back seat for many years while raising my three children, particularly with my youngest having serious health problems.
I was awarded Highly Commended at the Douglass Art Award in 1988,
Winner of the United Nations Association Creativity award in 2019.
I have exhibited work at Artists of Mosman in 2020, and in many online exhibitions.
I enjoy painting still lifes, landscapes and people in a variety of styles, ranging from figurative to abstract.
